I am a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Economic and Social Research Institute (ESRI) in Dublin, Ireland, where I work with the Energy and Environment team on Energy Poverty research.
I completed my PhD in Finance and Risk from the University of Nottingham (UK) in 2024. My PhD research focused on the impact of mandatory corporate social responsibility (CSR) policy on emerging market economies, while my previous work explored governance, CEO characteristics, and political involvement disclosure in US companies. I hold an MSc in Finance and Investment from the University of Hull (UK) and an undergraduate degree in Mathematics and Political Science from The College of Wooster (Ohio, USA). I was a visiting student at St. Catherine's College, University of Oxford.
My research interests include emerging/developing economies, energy poverty, poverty economics, corporate social responsibility, applied econometrics, financial markets and gender.
